Online quotes and instant estimates are estimates only. Final pricing may change based on property size, condition, access, heavy buildup, requested add-ons, supplies, parking, travel, or other factors discovered before or during service.

If pricing changes are needed, Premier Shine will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change before completing additional paid work.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed. We may contact you to verify service details, access instructions, payment information, or schedule changes.

Customers are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, a lockout, cancellation, or rescheduling fee may apply.

You may request to cancel or reschedule by contacting us or using available account tools. Fees may apply for late cancellations, same-day changes, lockouts, or appointments that cannot be completed because of inaccurate information or unsafe conditions.

Premier Shine may cancel, reschedule, or decline service due to weather, safety concerns, unavailable staff, inaccurate booking details, payment issues, or conditions outside the booked scope.

Before service, please secure valuables, fragile items, pets, weapons, confidential materials, and personal documents. Please also disclose hazards, damaged surfaces, pest issues, biohazards, construction dust, mold, excessive clutter, or other unusual conditions.

Premier Shine may refuse or stop work if a property presents unsafe, unsanitary, or unreasonable conditions beyond the booked service scope.

We want you to be happy with your cleaning. If something within the booked scope was missed, contact us promptly so we can review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.

Our satisfaction promise does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent stains, normal wear, areas outside the booked scope, inaccessible areas, or issues reported after a reasonable review period.

You agree to pay all charges for services, fees, add-ons, taxes, and approved adjustments. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

If payment fails, is disputed, or is reversed, Premier Shine may suspend future service, seek collection of unpaid amounts, and recover reasonable costs where allowed by law.

Gift cards, discounts, and promotional offers may be subject to additional terms, expiration rules where permitted, service-area limits, availability, and restrictions on combining offers.

Promotions have no cash value unless expressly stated.

All website content, branding, text, images, graphics, and design elements are owned by Premier Shine or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute website content without our written permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Premier Shine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services.

Our total liability for a service issue will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.
